About UK Student Visa POF Requirements
Proof of Funds (POF) is one of the most important requirements for a UK student visa. You must show that you have enough money to cover your tuition fees and living costs in the UK.
What's Included in POF:
• Outstanding tuition fees (total tuition minus any deposit paid)
• Living costs (maintenance funds) for up to 9 months
• London: £1,529 per month
• Outside London: £1,171 per month
28-Day Rule:
• Funds must be in your account for 28 consecutive days
• The 28-day period must end within 31 days of applying
• Use official bank statements as proof
Why Add 3% Buffer?
