Leiden University, Netherlands, is offering the Leiden University Excellence Scholarships (LexS) to international students who are not from the European Union EU/European Economic Area (EEA) countries. These countries are: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and the UK. The deadline for the application of the scholarships are October 1, 2016 and February 1, 2017. The scholarships are available for all the MA, MSC and LLM programmes mention on the Leiden University’s official website. The scholarships are in three categories: €10,000 of the tuition fee, €15,000 of the tuition fee and total tuition fee excluding the statutory tuition fee. Scholarships will not be awarded to applicants who already hold a Leiden University Master’s Degree.
