The United Kingdom has launched Super Priority Visa service, a fast track visa application process that ensures you have your visa decision within 24 hours. This is an unprecedented immigration rule among European countries as the UK becomes the first European country to offer visa decision within 24 hours.
The service is targeted at key business travelers, frequent visitor and those needing to travel urgently by providing a visa decision for collection at the Visa Application Center the working day following submission.
The service cost is £750 in addition to the mandatory visa fee for the category in which you are applying. To be eligible, you must be applying for
- Visitors (all short stay visa categories, including those travelling for business and tourists)
- Points Based System Tier 4 (applicants must be legally resident in Nigeria)
You can apply both in Lagos and Abuja and appointment can be booked between Monday to Thursday. The super priority visa is an example of how the UK is leading other European countries in the provision of premium visa service.
