Academic year
The academic year runs from September 1 to February 28 and is divided into two semesters; fall and spring. 3. Get an invitation letter
After submitting your application and it is approved, the school will send you an invitation letter. The invitation letter would be sent from the university to the center and then on to you. The center uses the services of DHL because of their reliability internationally. The invitation letter verifies that the student has been accepted to a specific university. It contains your passport information as well as the entire name of the university.
The Ukrainian Embassy needs this invitation support letter to stamp your passport with a visa. The invitation letter can take anywhere from one to four weeks to arrive. Depending on your university of choice and how long it takes for Ukrainian officials to process your visa.
4. Apply for a study visa

Can international students study and work in Ukraine?
